As soon as we arrived at the Dreams Cancun the staff took great care of us. It was raining when we arrived but the bartenders at the Seaside Grill were a blast and really took our minds off the rainy weather. The food was very good, we had no complaints. This hotel is in a great location, walking distance to malls, flea markets, and clubs like Coco Bongo, Daddy-O's, and many others. It was a really cool, once in a lifetime experience watching the dolphins in the morning. The pool is a decent size and is a lot of fun. We loved the beach! The spa was also great for massages, couples and singles. Room service was brought to your room relatively quick within 40 minutes which was great. I recommend this hotel to anybody. All of us have been back home for a week today and honestly everyone misses it and can’t wait to go back. All in all we loved Dreams and cannot wait to return next year.

We have kids aged seven and five years and this was the perfect place to go.This resort had the best service we have ever encountered and as far as the kids go, this was a 5 Star +++. By their third visit to the "Explorer's Club" we had great difficulty getting the kids to leave!!! All the "entertainment directors" were truly amazing and did an excellent job of organizing fun activities that the kids had a blast being part of.
The food was excellent and whether you like a good steak or even great sushi everyone at the resort agreed that this was one of the shining highlights of this resort versus other all-inclusives. The other part that stood out was the fact that every employee from the front desk to the restaurants were absolutely dedicated to our satisfaction as a guest.There is also a great dedication by the "Entertainment Staff' to provide daytime and evening activities that made the stay enjoyable to the max! We will definitely be going back again next year and that it because our memories are all great.

I just returned from Dreams Cancun. I have been to quiet a few all- inclusives, but this resort was the best by all means. Rooms are very clean and unique. You have four restaurants to choose from and they are all 5 star restaurants with 5-course meals.The pool is very clean and of course you have dolphins at your hotel to enjoy!!! I will be back soon!

Dreams Cancun was a dream come true! The food in all the restaurants was delicious.The entertainment team led by Juan and Victor where amazing.The sports activities where thrilling and exciting. The dolphins - what a beautiful idea to put them right in the hotel with views from your balcony, simply breathtaking! All the nightclubs and malls are just a few blocks away, all at a walking distance. All of the resort staff were so respectful and helpful. This a great place for couples, family or friends to vacation. My wife and I have been there two times in a row, that's how much we love Dreams Cancun! I would recommend this place to all of my family and friends for sure! Thank you for a great time can't wait to return again soon.

My husband and I stayed at your facility 1/28/08 – 2/1/08 for our 6 month anniversary. We have traveled several places together both in the USA and Central America. I must say that your facility was BY FAR the most comfortable, friendly, and accommodating I have ever been. The food and service were BEYOND outstanding, and your staff, MAGNIFICENT. I have never taken my two daughters on a trip alone, however, my oldest will be 21 in March, and my youngest 16 in July. Both have ALWAYS spoken and dreamt of swimming with the dolphins, your resort will be perfect. Though I will be working at least 2 jobs for the next several months to accomplish this, I WILL make it happen. Thank you again for a wonderful experience, I will hope to see you again when finances allow!!!
