DOLPHIN EXPERIENCE

Shake a Fin. Hitch a ride. Make a splash.

Of all the many activities at Dreams Cancun, perhaps none is more exotic than our Delphinus Dolphin experience* where a limited number of guests may actually swim and play with live dolphins in our sea water lagoon. Whether you partake or just watch, it’s simply fascinating — and available in Cancun only at Dreams.

The Delphinus experience includes a brief orientation and 45 minutes of swimming, longer than any other swim with the dolphins experience, for $159 per person. It takes place several times a day in about 13 feet of water. Adults and children at least 3’7” tall may swim alone with the dolphins. Smaller children may participate if accompanied at all times by a paying adult. Lifejackets are provided and swimming ability is not necessary. Expert trainers guide your experience and assure the safety of you and the dolphins.

Dolphin Experiences take place four times each day at 9 am, 10:30 am, noon and 1:30 pm.



Dolphin Trainer for a Day

Dreams Cancun Resort & Spa proudly introduces the all-new, interactive Delphinus Dolphin Trainer for a Day program. The Dolphin Trainer for a Day program includes valuable information from our breeding programs, veterinary training and scientific research. Participants will also learn unique training techniques and all the necessary care -like diet and veterinary monitoring- to maintain dolphins in optimal conditions.

During the program, participants have the opportunity to communicate and experience the dolphins up-close from the trainer perspective. The Delphinus Trainer for a Day experience lasts eight and half hours and includes a variety of unique activities.
