The following list of legal requirements are needed only for legal marriage. The Dreams Los Cabos Wedding Coordinator must receive the following documents to begin the application for marriage in the Civil Registry Office.

• • The following list of legal requirements are needed only for legal marriage. Bride and groom are required to arrive to Los Cabos at least 2 week days before the wedding day. Witnesses are only required to be present on the day of the wedding.
• • The Dreams Los Cabos Wedding Coordinator must receive the following scanned documents via e-mail to be able to begin the application for marriage in the Civil Registry Office:
     - Bride and Groom's birth certificates
     - Bride and Groom's IDs (driver's license or passport)
     - Tourist card (this is given to you upon entry to Mexico)
     - If bride or groom are divorced, the final divorce decree is needed
     - Witnesses IDs
• • $200 USD fee for blood test that must be taken in Mexico. To be considered valid, the test can not be taken more than 14 days prior to the ceremony. The blood will be tested for HIV, STD's (sexually transmitted diseases) and blood type. The results will be ready in 24 hours together with a certificate of the blood test and the fee will be paid directly to the doctor in cash the day the test is administered.
• • The names, addresses, nationalities, ages, occupation, relationship, copy of a tourist card and a valid identification of the 4 witnesses. Wedding Coordinator will send you the legal form. The witnesses can be relatives, friends or anyone who has a valid passport.
• • The Marriage Certificate is only valid in Mexico. In order to make it legal internationally, we encourage our guests to have their Marriage Certificate translated through www.ultratranslate.com.

All weddings, regardless of size, must be booked a minimum of 30 days in advance of the wedding date. Subject to availability and double occupancy only. Prices and package subject to change without notice. This package cannot be combined with the Dreams Eternity Honeymoon Package for both to be received complimentary and the free wedding package cannot be deducted when purchasing other packages. 15% discount on spa treatments cannot be applied to spa packages or combined with any other spa promotion or offer. Once wedding is confirmed it cannot be canceled within 6 months of the date of the wedding without a fee. For weddings booked within 6 months of the wedding date the wedding cannot be canceled without the penalty. The cancellation penalty is $100.

Guillermo was beyond WONDERFUL, he is such an amazing person; so sweet and understanding and has a way of making any bride feel comfortable and at ease. Our expectations were far exceeded when we chose to have our destination wedding at Dreams Los Cabos in Mexico. I think once I got over the fear of planning every detail of our wedding via email, everything else just fell into place. You were able to capture all of our choices and desires as discussed via email and have everything organized and prepared upon our arrival to the resort. It was a stress free experience and really all we had to do was show up. The staff at the front desk was unbelievable and we felt like the luckiest couple on the resort (even though there were several other weddings on the property, too) as we were pampered with champagne on more than one occasion and surprised with flowers and candles scattered throughout our honeymoon suite on the night of our wedding. Our family and friends continued to comment on how much they loved the resort and how they want to return with us to celebrate our Wedding Anniversary next year at Dreams.

I would highly recommend anyone looking for a destination wedding to have it at Dreams Los Cabos and let Yarai take care of all of the details to make your wedding day absolutely special and memorable. She is the best!
