My husband and I have put our passports to good use over the last several years and have stayed at many luxurious resorts and this was by far the best place we have stayed.
We stayed in the tower and found it to be very nice. It has clearly been updated. The beds are comfortable, the mini-bar well stocked and everything was clean. Every room has an ocean view so I do not think it is possible to have a bad room.
The beach was perfect, perfect and more perfect. The sand is raked and the water is clear. We tried out all three pools and loved all of them.
This was, hands down, the best food we have ever eaten at any resort. The presentation at the à la carte restaurants was spectacular. We also enjoyed the buffet and the Mexican and Latino parties. I had freshly made Taquitos nearly every morning for breakfast and a delicious variety of other Mexican cuisine and seafood every lunch and dinner. The drinks are all top shelf. Corona, Modelo, and top shelf liquors. Jim Beam, Absolut, Grand Marnier, and don't forget the 70+ tequilas in the tequila bar.
The service was excellent and we found the staff to be very helpful and friendly. Honestly, I do not see how anyone could have a bad time here. I hope that I am able to book all of my future trips to Dreams Puerto Vallarta.

Truly a dream vacation. This is our second vacation at Dreams Puerto Vallarta and we will return! We love it there! The hotel accommodations were perfect. From the moment we arrived at the front desk we were treated like celebrities. Gregor, the hotel concierge was awesome. If you need help with anything at the resort or in town, he is the man to go to! The food was, as always, outstanding. The Oceana was to die for! The main dishes are outstanding! Everything was spectacular! Complete relaxation is guaranteed. The pool bar waiters make sure your drinks are cold, fresh and you’ll never be without one. Dreams Resorts & Spas are the best assurance of having the greatest vacation possible. Dreams provides everything you need for a truly dream vacation you don’t want to miss!

We loved every minute of our stay in Dreams Puerto Vallarta and have already booked our trip back. The staff was wonderful, they really work hard to make you feel comfortable, satisfied and happy. The people work really hard. Our room was wonderful, fantastic view, nice décor, always clean, twice daily clean towels and very fast room service. The food and drinks were amazing! All the restaurants were delicious and the service and the service were outstanding! The hotel provides enough entertainment through the whole day and evening, you don’t even have to leave the resort!

My wife and I just returned from Dreams Puerto Vallarta and had a fabulous time! The service was always excellent with a smile. The staff was so friendly and always willing to assist us. The restaurants and buffet were all excellent. The El Patio restaurant was great and the appetizers at Portofino were delicious. I loved the Oceana because it had fresh fish every day and their clam chowder was the best. The resort is a great way to enjoy the sun and surf. Dreams Puerto Vallarta is fabulous and I would go again in a heart beat. This is truly a special place!
