I just wanted to pass along my sincere thank you to you and your staff for a wonderful vacation. My wife and I just returned from our first trip to Mexico and it isn't a stretch to say this was our favorite vacation to date. We absolutely loved everything about your resort. The staff was always friendly, the service was impeccable, the food was outstanding, the atmosphere was perfect, the entertainment was fantastic, our room was beautiful and so was the view.
We very badly needed the break from the stress of our daily lives and this was just the place to get it. Your spa is first rate and really put an exclamation point on our stay. Overall we couldn't be happier with our experience and will definitely return.

Sweet Dreams are made from Dreams Tulum! What a beautiful, wonderful, relaxing, vacation we had. They did not disappoint one iota!!! From the welcome Champagne as we were checking in to a 50 th Birthday Upgrade to a Junior Suite (with a spa tub!) to the beautiful beach on the blue-green Caribbean sea, we felt like we had found heaven. The restaurants (French, Italian, Asian, Sushi, and Mexican) were superb—and believe me, we had fun trying them all—and we had fabulous breakfasts at the World Café. The lunches we had at the Seaside Grill were as delicious as the view we had of the palm trees along the beach. The staff—from bartenders, waiters, housekeepers—are warm and friendly, always willing to help, and sweetly indulgent of our attempts to resurrect our high school Spanish.
There are daily events to keep one busy: guacamole lessons, dance classes, Everything You Ever Wanted to Know About Tequila Lessons… but, let’s face it: we spent a lot of our time on-site lying on a beach chair staring at the ocean. The nightly shows, especially the Mayan Dancers (oh, ESPECIALLY the Mayan Dancers!), the hypnotist and magician were all first-rate.
We will definitely return to this location in the (hopefully not-too-distant) future. Thank you, Dreams Tulum, for making our vacation perfect!!

We had a great time staying at Dreams Tulum. We had so much fun in what we called the "Fun Pool". The entertainment staff has something going on all day long. Swim up bar was great. The food was VERY good. The first night we were there they had a Mexican Fiesta buffet. It was a great way to start our vacation. The staff was very friendly. We were given outstanding help with picking out things to go and do. Nancy is the Lady to go and see. We rode ATV’s and swam with dolphins and took a nice ride to the Mayan Ruins. When she saw us she always asked how we liked whatever we had done that day. She made our stay that much better. The staff did plays at night like Grease, they danced really great. We loved it. We will be coming back.

We would just like to say what a wonderful stay we had at Dreams Tulum to celebrate our Anniversary. We stayed from August 4 – 18th. We have to say that our stay was the most relaxing and enjoyable holiday we have ever experienced and we would certainly hope that we will come back another year. The staff were so friendly and attentive and made us so welcome and added to the pleasure of staying in such beautiful surroundings. The restaurants were top class. We were always given an approximate time when we would be seated – 30 minutes or so – and simply had a relaxing drink while we waited. All the food and drinks were first class and very well presented – the standard of service was excellent. I could write pages on how much we enjoyed our stay – but it’s sufficient to say thank you for a most enjoyable stay and thanks to all your staff who looked after us so well. We look forward to our next visit to Mexico and Dreams Tulum.

Great place, great staff. We just came back from Dreams Tulum and loved it. Our family (my wife, and three teenage sons and myself) totally enjoyed your resort. The entertainment staff was top notch, they kept everyone involved and having fun. The restaurants were also great! Overall it was a great experience. I highly recommend this resort.

I wanted to write and say “Thanks” to all the Dreams Tulum staff for making our trip so wonderful. This was my first time at an all-inclusive resort and it truly exceeded my expectations.The ability to relax and do nothing or partake in all the activities kept each day fun-filled and ever changing. The service by the staff was impeccable. Everyone was so pleasant and made the trip so fun. The grounds crew worked so hard to keep the resort beautiful and was so friendly as we passed them throughout the day. It truly became our home away from home for the week. A special thanks to Lalo, Erica, Saul, Aly and Ivan. They certainly went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and keep us entertained throughout the week. They are a great asset to your staff and we hope to see them again in the future.

I am writing to tell you that Dreams Tulum was one of my best vacations ever. Your resort is so amazing, from the staff to the food. It also had one of the most beautiful beaches I ever did see. When we arrived, we were greeted with such warmth. My nine year old daughter cannot stop talking about this vacation. She loved it more then Disney World. I have to say the kids Explorer’s Club was exceptional. The girls that run it are wonderful; they made my daughter have the time of her life. We are planning to return next May; I cannot wait...
