Prior to our arrival at the resort you were timely on returning all of my never-ending emails with questions and requests for clarification on the terms of our wedding package. Little did I know, I had NOTHING to worry about. Your responses and friendly, understanding personality definitely calmed my nerves.

Finally meeting you at the resort to put the final touches on our day was a breeze. You were so organized and offered detailed explanations of our choices making our decisions easy to make. You and the staff at Dreams Tulum created a sensation day for us. Our flowers were just what I asked for, the ceremony location, the food, the cake, the reception, everything.

I have been suggesting Dreams Tulum at the Dreams brand to all the brides-to-be I meet as I believe they will create as beautiful day for them as was created for us.

My husband and I would like to thank our wedding coordinator Landy and all the staff at Dreams Tulum who worked so hard to make our wedding day exceed our highest expectations. Our family commented again and again on how hard Landy and the other staff worked and how attentive they were to all the details to make our day perfect. What impressed me the most was that even though the resort does many weddings, and even though we used the free wedding package, Landy worked very hard to accommodate all my special requests and make me feel like the only bride at the resort. I have heard other brides on wedding planning forums complain that other resorts have very restrictive wedding policies and charge expensive fees to add things to their wedding packages and use outside vendors, but this is not at all the case at Dreams Tulum. Although it can be difficult and stressful to plan a wedding from so far away, and with so many details left unattended until you arrive at the resort, I want to assure all brides there is no reason to worry as Landy is a very capable, organized, flexible, attentive and hard working wedding coordinator. I would highly recommend this resort to anyone trying to plan the perfect destination wedding.
