Diamond Advantages Terms & Conditions
Diamond Advantages is a tiered-concession, rewards program which awards groups based on revenue* generated by each group program:
- One Diamond Concessions: Under $100,000
- Two Diamond Concessions: $100,000—$299,999
- Three Diamond Concessions: $300,000—$499,999
- Four Diamond Concessions: $500,000+
The Diamond Advantages program is valid on all new group bookings of 10 or more rooms made directly through Inclusive Collection Meetings & Incentives. Concessions are valid for all qualifying MICE groups from all markets and are available at all Zoëtry Wellness & Spa Resorts, Impression by Secrets and Secrets, Breathless, Dreams and Sunscape Resorts & Spas, excluding properties in Europe. The Diamond Advantages program is not applicable to buyout groups. Entire program, including all concessions, are subject to availability and can be closed out at any time. Unless otherwise noted, concessions are only available during program dates and are not redeemable during a later stay. Blackout dates and additional restrictions to those outlined below may apply and vary by resort.
The Diamond Level will be based on the projected contract value when the contract is signed, and deposit is collected. If the program falls above or below the original contracted Diamond Level, concessions must be revised by the hotel. This is to include private events or incidentals paid by the company directly to the hotel. Incidentals such as spa and private events made by individuals do not apply toward the Diamond Advantages program. The Diamond Advantages program are combinable with the 5% Cash Forward MICE promotion along with other Inclusive Collection Meetings & Incentives promotions as noted in the Terms & Conditions.

Private Group Check-in includes a designated area with tables for group check-in, jointly determined by resort and Group Organizer and includes a check-in station with confirmed rooming list assignments and cold bottles of water. Upon request, and if applicable, resort will provide additional tables for: Group Organizer to distribute gifts and/or event materials, DMC to provide tour information and departure notices, vendors to distribute specialty items, and/or a resort spa representative to coordinate appointments.
Bar or Refreshment Service at Check-in is proportionate to group size and will be pre-determined by hotel and Group Organizer.
Dedicated Food Station at Check-in to include light snacks, small bites, and seasonal fruits at check-in, is proportionate to group size and will be pre-determined by hotel and Group Organizer.
Massage Chair at Check-in only available during peak times of check-in. Massage consists of a five-minute head, neck, and shoulder massage. Limit one massage per person. Limit one chair per group check-in. An additional chair may be offered based on group size. Additional chair is not guaranteed and is at the discretion of the resort. Massages will be given on a first come, first serve basis, reservations are not accepted. Chair is based on availability and is not guaranteed.
One Complimentary Room for Every 20 Rooms Paid is based on cumulative room nights and will be confirmed when the room block is finalized. There is no limit to the amount of complimentary room nights that can be obtained. Complimentary room nights are subject to availability and are not guaranteed.
One Upgrade for Every 20 Rooms Paid is based on peak nights and will be confirmed when the room block is finalized. There is no limit to the number of upgrades that can be obtained. Upgrades are subject to availability and are not guaranteed.
Complimentary Room Nights for Site Inspection are for designated company representative(s) for viable group programs. Room nights vary by Diamond Level spend and are as follows:
- One Diamond Concession: 2 complimentary room nights
- Two and Three Diamond Concessions: 4 complimentary room nights
- Four Diamond Concessions: 6 complimentary room nights
Designated company representative is permitted to bring one guest at no extra fee. Guest must stay in the same room as the representative and hotel must be informed prior to arrival. If hotel is not made aware, guest will be subject to pay the contractual nightly rate at time of travel. Any additional room nights will be offered at a reduced "agent" rate based on availability. All room nights are subject to availability and are not guaranteed. Site inspection room nights must be redeemed prior to program dates. It is not required for the group contract to be signed before redeeming the free nights. Complimentary rooms cannot be credited to master account.
One Complimentary Staff Room per Contract is valid every night wherein the program has a minimum of 20 rooms paid. Complimentary staff room can also be extended for one of the following options:
- 1 night before the program dates and/or 1 night after the program dates
- Up to 2 nights before the program dates
- Up to 2 nights after the program dates
It is the responsibility of the Group Organizer to determine which option will be utilized. No more than two nights pre and/or post program dates are complimentary. Complimentary room applies to single or double occupancy and will be assigned at Group Organizer's discretion. Room is subject to availability and not guaranteed.
Welcome Reception includes an open bar with a bartender and an hors d'oeuvres station for one hour. Additional staff, entertainment, décor and/or event time may be available for an additional fee. Entire reception, including time and location, is subject to availability and is not guaranteed.
Event Branding Assistance incorporates event logo, meeting name and/or company name/logo in locations unique to each resort for directional, private event, check-in, and VIP recognition purposes. Subject to approval from the resort’s Group Sales Manager and Group Organizer.
Hospitality Desk designated for the group, as jointly determined by resort and Group Organizer, is complimentary and for use by members of the group only. Applicable during the entirety of the group's stay and upon request will include a beverage station and/or DMC/Tour Services Representative.
5% Cash Forward Loyalty Reward groups promotion is valid on all new bookings made at participating Zoëtry Wellness & Spa Resorts, Impression by Secrets and Secrets, Breathless, Dreams and Sunscape Resorts & Spas, excluding properties in Europe. Meeting planners who book a group event with Inclusive Collection Meetings & Incentives will receive 5% towards their next group event with Inclusive Collection Meetings & Incentives.
The 5% Cash Forward groups promotion is applicable at all participating properties and is valid on the total value of the room portion (personal expenses, incidentals, set-up fees, A/V, entertainment, or any other additional program enhancements are not included in the calculation) for the contracted year applicable for an event at any of our participating properties. The next event must be contracted up to one calendar year from the original group's departure of the previous hotel with up to two years to operate the same program but not required to be a consecutive event. The 5% Cash Forward groups promotion is valid on same program of equal or greater value. Should the second program’s applicable revenue fall below the previous program, then the Cash Forward credit will be assessed on the program of lesser value.
The 5% Cash Forward groups promotion is not an override commission to third parties or a credit to the Master Account. The Cash Forward amount will be credited to the schedule of payments on the second program. This offer is not valid on private events or Master Account incidentals. The 5% Cash Forward groups promotion does not apply to buyout or social groups. This promotion is combinable with Diamond Advantages and may be combinable with other groups promotions. Group rates vary based on travel dates. Valid for meeting planners and third-party providers from all markets. Tour operators and wholesalers do not qualify for this promotion. Additional concessions or negotiations are at the hotel’s discretion. Contents of this groups promotion will not be honored to those groups that fall below minimum requirements. Valid on new bookings only, with a minimum of 10 rooms, for planners who have been qualified by their Regional Sales Director. Restrictions and blackout dates may apply. 20% Discount on Spa Services applies to spa services only, not valid on spa products at the Spa Boutique or on beauty salon services. Discount cannot be combined with any other spa discount or resort coupons. There is no limit to the number of spa services this discount can be applied to. It is recommended to book services with the Spa front desk in advance in order to confirm availability.
50-minute Spa Treatment(s) vary by Diamond Level spend and are as follows:
- One Diamond Concessions: 1 treatment
- Two Diamond Concessions: 2 treatments
- Three Diamond Concessions: 3 treatments
- Four Diamond Concessions: 4 treatments
Treatment(s) to be awarded via a spa voucher that the Group Organizer will assign accordingly. Voucher(s) valid for a 50-minute treatment only, may not be combined to receive a longer treatment or split to receive multiple, shorter treatments. Must be arranged with Spa front desk in advance in order to confirm availability. The spa voucher(s) must be redeemed onsite and are only valid during the group program dates. Voucher(s) cannot be deducted upon check out, do not hold any cash or commercial value and cannot be applied for tips or taxes.
10% discount on Audiovisual (A/V) Services and Equipment is based on total invoice booked with in-house A/V Organizer.
Discount on Set-up Fees for Private Functions vary by Diamond Level spend and are as follows:
- One Diamond Concessions: 15%
- Two Diamond Concessions: 30%
- Three and Four Diamond Concessions: 50%
Discount percentage will be based on the total cost of the event quoted, agreed on by both parties. Discount does not apply to entertainment, décor, A/V support or other services provided by the resort. Fees will apply to event upgrades and enhancements over and above Our Compliments to You promotion and is inclusive of taxes and services.
Upgrade(s) to Master Suite or equivalent upgrade(s) only available to groups that qualify for Three Diamond Concessions and Four Diamond Concessions and include one or two upgrade(s) respectively. Food and beverage upgrades are available at an additional cost and are subject to availability. Additional staff, entertainment, décor and/or event time may be available for an additional fee. This concession is for a singular event and may not be split up into multiple receptions/dinners. Entire reception/dinner, including time and location, is subject to availability and is not guaranteed.
One Stay Certificate varies by Diamond Level spend and is as follows:
- One Diamond Concessions: N/A
- Two Diamond Concessions: 3 complimentary nights

Certificate will be awarded after program completion and number of complimentary room nights will be based on program’s final invoice. Certificate can be redeemed for a stay at any resort within the same brand as the operated group program. Certificates not valid for redemption at any Zoëtry Wellness & Spa Resorts, Impression by Secrets or any resort located in Europe. Certificate valid for the number of complimentary nights detailed above. Travel must be completed within one year from group’s departure date. A copy of the certificate must be provided at time of redemption and original certificate must be presented at time of check-in; complimentary nights are voided if one or neither of these provisions are met. Stay is based on hotel availability. Airfare, airfare tax and transportation are not included. Certificate is not able to be redeemed during any holiday periods which include Presidents Day, Easter, Christmas and New Year’s Eve. If any night of the stay crosses over a date that is defined as a holiday, certificate is not applicable. Additional blackout dates and other restrictions may apply. Any modifications must be made 30 days prior to arrival. Certificate may not be combinable with other certificates or promotions, is non-transferable, holds no cash or commercial value and cannot be extended.
