Costa Rica Cooking Class and Coffee Demo: Learn how to make gallo pinto – a traditional Costa Rican dish of rice, beans, vegetables and spices with ingredients from local farmers. Use a chorreador, a Costa Rican coffee making device, to make fresh coffee with local beans.
